All purchases are final and non refundable after 48 hours of purchase.
To be eligible for a cancellation you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a cancellation, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your cancellation is accepted we will be in touch to arrange a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our business we are unable to offer cancellations more than 48 hours after payment has been received. This is because we reserve the tickets with our partners. If we are able to use the tickets for another booking then we are able to offer you a credit note that can be used within 2 years of the original booking.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
